Service prices are as quoted in proposals or displayed on our Website. All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and exclude VAT.
Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest charges of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, as permitted by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Services already rendered are non-refundable. For project cancellations, refunds will be calculated based on work completed.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our services and pay all outstanding fees. We will provide deliverables for completed work upon receipt of final payment.
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CNLabs regarding our services.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
